Indian Head Massage 

This therapy helps to loosen the Neck, Face(optional), Shoulders and Head. The Indian Head Massage technique works on the subtle energies of the body to bring harmony and improve the flow of Prana (Life force energy). Its an ideal therapy to loosen the muscles in the face, neck and head. It combines a variety of massage techniques to release accumulated built up tensions and stimulate the circulation not only in the face, neck and head but also incorporates the upper back and shoulders too.

Ideal for releasing stress, tension, headaches, migraines, fatigue and eye strain and helps with the texture, strength and condition of the hair. For a calming and relaxing experience that can also help energise, revitalise and leave you feeling more able to focus and concentrate.

This is another therapy where you remain fully clothed and the session can be given while seated on a chair or for more comfort laying on the massage couch. Please note I do not use oil on your hair.
