Hot Stone Massage

With the use of hot and cold stones. A relaxing therapy using a variety size of stones, normally the stones are smooth and are basalt stones which retain heat for longer.

This therapeutic therapy is warm and helps to relax your muscles helping detoxification and healing.



Good for pain relief, stress relief, anxiety, sleep, energy, circulation and digestion. Cold marble stones (Cryotherapy), are optional to be used for a further therapeutic treatment. The pressure is a deep pressure but can be adjusted slightly for your comfort remember you are in control of the pressure and always let me know if the heat also needs to be adjusted. Please note this therapy is not suitable for pregnant women at any stage of your pregnancy.
